Joel came today to inspect a termite issue. He was great, prompt and quickly identified an issue. As he was leaving he spotted a snake in my house in the room we were in and while I quietly was freaking out he spent quite a bit of time capturing the snake and removing it from the house. He went above and beyond and did not charge me anything for his snake capture. I will highly recommend and will be using this company again. Best customer service I have ever had ever!!!!!
