I have been using Price for several years. I am very impressed with Brian, our technician, who is friendly, professional, and very thorough. The front office staff is great, as well. Here's why I wanted to write this review: I have an Airbnb and a separate residence in Cocoa. I've always received great service at both houses. But in the past couple of months, Price has gone above and beyond when I've had any concerns with pests at the Airbnb, responding within the hour. This is HUGE for an Airbnb. I am from Florida and I know that torrential rains bring pests indoors.
